Who is Dylan Bundy?

Who is Dylan Bundy? Well, for starters he was out due to tommy-john surgery last year. He's only pitched for 2 innings for the O's, although he's been with the team since 2011. He's been paid 6.25 million over the 4 years he's been on the team. So is he really worth it? We haven't gotten to see him over a long period of time yet, so it's hard to decide whether to resign Dylan Bundy or not, after his contract expires this year.
